Attached to the Ranchmen’s Club, The Estate was completed in 1980 as a luxury building catering to an affluent demographic seeking the finest in condominium living. 88 spacious suites grace the 27 floor east tower, 7 floor west tower and street-side town-homes, with the generous floor plans ranging from 1500 to over 3600 square feet. Four levels of underground parking provide an assigned spot for each of our suites, with 6 spots reserved for guests.  On the 5th floor you’ll find the 10 meter salt water pool, hot-tub and exercise room, and access to the recently renovated common area patio and gardens. Propane barbeques, a pool-side kitchen and outdoor dining tables are available as well, making up for the lack of balconies in the suites, which were left out in favour of a more streamlined building design. Air conditioning and hot water heating are standard in all the suites at The Estate, and windows open wide (with guardrails) for a dose of fresh air.

The building is kept in immaculate condition by five full-time staff members. The building is self-managed, and an on-site caretaker keeps the systems running smoothly. The front desk concierge rates as one of the city’s finest, with no need for a key once you’ve made their acquaintance. If requested, the concierge will notifiy you of a guests arrival, call for a cab, or hold items to be picked up by couriers. Deliveries are received and brought to your suite, and if you provide notice of an extended absence they will inspect your premises every 3 days, in addition to dropping off your mail. For added convenience, Fishman’s Cleaners offers pick up and delivery service to the Estate.
